If you like to wait for your food over 20 minutes might as well go to a locally owned restaurant. They seem to have a different employees each time I visit must be a poor place to work.
It's good. It's just gets old because not much to pick in eureka ..I use to always have a problem with my order anymore it's good never the less personally i think it's ok and so I have it 3 stars
They mess up the order every single time I go there, not to mention more than half of the time they don't give the discounts even when you come during happy hour or half a coupon and half priced shakes after 8 don't even exist to them. They cleaned the machines for ice cream only an hour after 8 PM so we couldn't get half priced shakes even when they close at midnight. All the staff are normally really rude and they only get ruder if you try to correct the order that they messed up whether it's on the screen or after you open the bag to find the mistake. Usually something is dirty or tastes like dirt or cleaner when finally do get us what we order several minutes later. One star is a very nice review compared to the fact that they deserve absolutely none. I've been to a lot of Sonic's and this one is by far the worst. You're better off driving all the way to another town to get what you want.
Terrible service. They were not even busy, and they managed to mess up my order completely. I ordered a chicken sandwich, not a cheeseburger. Would not recommend. Choose somewhere else to get a quick bite.
Excellent people and exceptional food. Great place to get in and out if you need some fast or just come by and eat and visit. We love it!
